2.性质 Properties

氨基硅油是专门用於纺织品柔软整理剂的基本成份。它具有最佳的吸附性、相容性及易乳化性。使用混合器或均质机，氨基硅油容易被适当的表面活性剂乳化成稳定、透明的微乳液。它可以单独使用，也可以与其它有机硅或有机柔软剂组合成为特殊的柔软整理剂，适用於各种纺织品的柔软整理。氨基硅油的氨值在0.2~1.2之间，氨值越高，柔软性和滑度越好，但是黄变会越大。

Amino silicone oil is a basic ingredient for textile softening and finishing agents. It has the best adsorption, compatibility and easy emulsification. Using a mixer or homogenizer, amino silicone oil is easily emulsified by appropriate surfactants into a stable, transparent microemulsion. It can be used alone or combined with other silicone or organic softeners to form a special softening and finishing agent suitable for softening and finishing of various textiles. The ammonia value of amino silicone oil is between 0.2 and 1.2. The higher the ammonia value, the better the softness and smoothness, but the greater the yellowing.

3.应用 Applications

氨基硅油加入乳化剂后制成的乳液，常用作纤维织物处理剂，显著地提高柔软性、防皱性、弹性和抗撕裂强度。还用于器械、家具的抛光剂、纸张处理剂、涂层防冻剂及金属的防锈、防蚀剂。此外，氨基硅油还可以做发油、发蜡等美发用品的配合剂，使头发柔软富有光泽。

Amino silicone oil is added with emulsifier to make emulsion, which is often used as a fiber fabric treatment agent to significantly improve softness, wrinkle resistance, elasticity and tear resistance. It is also used as a polish for equipment and furniture, a paper treatment agent, a coating antifreeze agent, and a metal rust and corrosion inhibitor. In addition, amino silicone oil can also be used as a compounding agent for hair oils, waxes and other hair products to make hair soft and shiny.
